Beetroot, cabbage and pear salad
Ingredients:
1/4 white cabbage
2 medium beetroot
2 juicy pears
1 red onion
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Shred the cabbage, grate the beetroot, dice the pear and finely slice the onion
- Mix together
- Dress with lemon juice and
olive oil - Season
