Spring

Spring is a challenging time for UK growers, but we're doing all we can to shorten the hungry gap and keep local folk in fresh, organic veggies.

It's also an exciting time; a time to grow. The radish, kohl rabi and carrots are popping their heads up in the polytunnels, the next season of salad is edging ever closer, the caulies are doing well in the fields and a new polytunnel is under construction: we aim to expand our crops of tomatoes, aubergines and peppers this year.

So while we long for June and the thrill of harvesting new vegetables each week, we’re enjoying the days of sunshine in amongst the rain, and watching the seedlings take shape, with all that promise ahead of them.
